In a large bowl, pour all the instant coffee granules, sugar and hot water.
Preferably use a blender, because if you use just a fork to whisk it will take much longer and will require more efforts i.e. work from you.
After a few minutes you should get a thick, airy and creamy texture.
Fill a large glass halfway with the ice cubes.
Then pour the milk up to about two-thirds of the cup.
With a spoon, add your whipped coffee on top.
And to finish your yummy Dalgona coffee, sprinkle with nutmeg or cocoa powder.
here I show you an easy iced version of Dalgona coffee. But, if you prefer you can easily just skip the ice cubes and make a warm or hot version of your dalgona coffee. In such case, you will need to heat the milk beforehand.
